    • How does the combined relationship balance work?
      You tell us which deposit and investment accounts you want to include in your relationship and we link them so that the balances in those other accounts count toward your monthly total.
    • What is the difference between Platinum and Platinum Plus?
      Platinum Plus offers the chance to earn higher rates on deposit accounts. In return Platinum Plus includes both a relationship balance requirement and another requirement for your checking account balances or deposits.
    • Can I include my Citizens Investment balances ?
      Yes those can be included to count toward the $25k total. You cannot use your loan or credit card balances.
    • What do I get with Platinum?
